  • I want to create a new training program for fitness.
    What should I do?

    • In the first place, indeed, you need to have a training program (it can be given to you by your personal trainer).

      Where to start?

    • Then, open FitTrack App and in the viewer tap "Editor" in the left top corner of the screen. That will create new program with one training day.
    • Open library to add required exercises to that day by tapping "Tap To Add Exercise".
    • To find the exercise tap "Search Exercise" input field in the top control bar, and type in the beginning of the exercise name you are looking for.
    • Tap found exercise to add it to the training day.(If the button "Many" is switched on, then you can selected many exercises without closing the library.) Search for another one and tap it too. Tap "Done" to close Library once all the required exercises were added.

      How to create exercise?

    • If the exercise wasn't found, create it in a few steps. Read more...
      • If you know the muscle group the new exercise belongs to, select it.
      • Tap at "Add New" button at the top, then "Exercise".
      • Type exercise name.
      • Select type of the exercise,if it is a regular full body-involved exercise or symmetrical when the activity is performed for left and right sides alternately.
      • Save
        Picture options relate to the media of the exercise and eventually affect the slideshow player of the real time workout. The slideshow player is more effective for yoga or karate type of execises rather than bodybuilding.
    • Tap on created exercise to add it to the training day.

      How to set exercise?

    • To set particular settings to the exercises in the training day, tap "Setup" button of the required exercise. Read more...
      • Set number of Sets, Repetitions, Weight
      • Tap "Time" button to see time-related options for the exercise.
      • Set Rest after each set of this exercise, Tempo or Set duration.
      • If you want to apply these settings (weight & time) to all exercises in the training day, tap "Weight" to go back to weight-related settings and tap check box "Apply to all exercise".
      • Tap "Done" to confirm and close

      How to create a super approach?

    • If you want to create super-sets, read more...
      • –ĚTap on thumbnail of one of the exercises which you want to be in the group. The thumbnail will change its color.
      • Hold and drag the line over the next exercise. Release.
      • Two exercises are now grouped and their sets will be performed in alternating order.
    • To add another training day to the program, tap "+ Day" and repeat steps from 3 to 8.
    • Assign training days to the days of week, by tapping the corresponded cell in the Weekday-to-Training Day table.

      How to assign training?

    • To setup starting time, tap on the assigned day, and in the shown panel swipe to the required time. Tap done.
    • Tap "Schedule" to plan your training program.
    • In the left calendar pick the starting week, and in the right one the ending week of the training period. Alternatively, choose preferred number of weeks.
    • Confirm dates, then tap "Back" to save the program and return to the viewer.
  • Why I can't add or delete a weekday when editing my program in the editor??

    When the program is scheduled, only changing time for the existing days of week is allowed.

    To add or delete weekday, remove the program from the schedule first, then follow the user manual.

    • To add: tap on vacant day of week to assign it to the selected training day.
    • To delete: tap on the selected day of week, then in the panel tap "Delete From schedule", to dissociate that weekday from training day.
  • Creating new exercise is it easy?

    Yes it is! Follow the steps

    • If you know the muscle group the new exercise belongs to, select it.
    • Tap at "Add New" button at the top, then "Exercise".
    • Type exercise name.
    • Select type of the exercise,if it is a regular full body-involved exercise or symmetrical when the activity is performed for left and right sides alternately.
    • Save.
